Sanctity of Human Life

Sanctity of Human Life Day

In America, there are approximately 98 abortions every hour.

Join us as we observe the Sanctity of Human Life and stand in opposition to the culture of death promoted by the abortion industry.

On January 22, 1984, President Ronald Reagan issued a presidential proclamation designating the third Sunday of January as National Sanctity of Human Life Day.

Pastors, churches, and life-affirming organizations across the United States use this day to bring awareness to the attacks waged daily against human life through the abortion industry.

Please support the WELS Lutherans for Life and its mission by helping us continue to offer life-affirming choices and hope to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.
