Sexual Risk Avoidance/Abstinence Educator – Part-time

This position involves teaching youth about healthy, godly life choices such as sexual risk avoidance/abstinence. The ideal candidate has the ability to prepare and present ideas in a clear, concise, and Christian manner to large numbers of adolescent youth at a time, while effectively communicating the abstinence message, the ability to keep current records, and the ability. The need the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, and program participants, the ability to speak well with youth, parents, and others about sensitive issues such as substance abuse and sex-related issues. Finally they need the ability to work independently while keeping current records (attendance, contacts, etc.).
